- Common: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, mouth ulcers, alopecia.
- Serious: secondary malignancies (especially acute myeloid leukaemia and MDS), infertility, severe infections, hypersensitivity, and pulmonary fibrosis with long-term use.
