Dosage, Uses & Possible Side Effects
Dosage & Administration:

- Take with or without food, at the same time each day.
- Continue treatment for at least 6 months after symptom remission.

- Treatment of panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.
- Treatment of social anxiety disorder (social phobia).
- Treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Possible Side Effects:
- Common: nausea, headache, insomnia or somnolence, sweating, sexual dysfunction (delayed ejaculation, reduced libido), dry mouth.
- Serious: serotonin syndrome (especially with MAOIs or other serotonergic drugs), QT prolongation at higher doses, hyponatraemia (SIADH), bleeding risk, suicidal ideation in patients ≤24 years.
