Medicine Store reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

Medicine Store is an online pharmacy operating in Pakistan through Medicine Store. We sell 100% authentic prescription medicines, imported medicines, OTC products, and health essentials sourced directly from certified and authorised distributors.

3. Eligibility To Use This Website

By using Medicine Store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You are ordering for delivery to a Pakistani address
  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date

Medicine Store reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if these conditions are not met.

4. Product Authenticity and Sourcing

Every product listed on Medicine Store is sourced directly from certified distributors and authorised pharmaceutical importers. We stock products from globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturers, including Pfizer, Abbott, Novartis, GSK, MSD, and Eli Lilly, among others.

  • All medicines sold on the Medicine Store are 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or grey-market products
  • Product descriptions, including uses, dosage references, and ingredient information, are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice.
  • Availability of any product, particularly imported medicines, is subject to stock and import availability. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after order placement.

5. Prescription Medicines 

Some medicines available on the Medicine Store are prescription-only. If you are ordering a prescription medicine:

  • You must upload a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner at the time of ordering, using the prescription upload feature on the Website.
  • By uploading a prescription, you confirm it is genuine, current, and was issued specifically for you.
  • Medicine Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the uploaded prescription is invalid, expired, unreadable, or does not match the ordered product.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the medicine is appropriate for your condition. Medicine Store does not provide medical diagnosis or advice.
  • Medicine Store is not liable for any adverse effects arising from the use of a prescription medicine if the prescription was inaccurate, falsified, or used outside a doctor’s recommendation.

6. Imported Medicines With Special Terms

Medicine Store specialises in imported prescription and specialty medicines that are not readily available in standard Pakistani pharmacies. The following terms apply specifically to imported medicine orders:

  • Delivery timelines for imported medicines may differ from standard products and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Prices of imported medicines are subject to change based on international supplier pricing, foreign exchange rates, and import duties. The price displayed at the time of order placement is what you pay for that order.
  • If an imported medicine becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, the Medicine Store will notify you and offer either a full refund or an available alternative.
  • Medicine Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or events outside our control.

7. Placing an Order

You can place an order on Medicine Store in three ways:

  1. Search or browse for your medicine, add it to your cart, and complete checkout online.
  2. Upload your prescription using the prescription upload form on the Website, and our team will confirm your order within a few hours.
  3. Contact us directly on WhatsApp at 0344-1112233, and our team will assist you.

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from the Medicine Store via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Until you receive that confirmation, your order has not been accepted.

Medicine Store reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its discretion, for example, if a product is out of stock, if a prescription is invalid, or if there is a pricing error on the Website.

8. Pricing

All prices on the Medicine Store are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay
  • Medicine Store offers a 5% discount on all orders paid in advance via online payment (card or bank transfer). This discount is applied automatically at checkout
  • Discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated

9. Payment Methods

Medicine Store accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at your door. Available across Pakistan
  • Online Payment: Pay in advance via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer and receive a 5% discount

Medicine Store does not store your full card details on its servers. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

If your online payment fails or is reversed, your order will be placed on hold until payment is confirmed. Contact us on 0344-1112233 or Info@medicinestore.pk if you experience any payment issues.

10. Delivery

Coverage: Medicine Store delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeframe: 

  • Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation (our target timeframe, not a contractual guarantee)
  •  actual delivery may be affected by courier availability, location, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. 
  • For urgent orders or same-city delivery, contact us on 0344-1112233 before placing your order.

Delivery Charges: Free delivery is offered on all orders across Pakistan.

Failed Delivery: If delivery fails because no one was available or the address was incorrect, our courier will attempt re-delivery. After failed attempts, the courier service attempts re-delivery the next working day. If the consignee is not available, they will return to the shipper’s address.

Discreet Packaging: All orders, especially from the sexual health, men’s health, and women’s health categories, are packaged discreetly. The outer packaging does not reveal the nature of the product. Delivery staff are not told what is inside the package.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Full details are available in our Refund Policy at the Medicine Store. Key points:

  • Medicine Store accepts returns or offers a replacement if the wrong product was delivered or if the product arrived damaged
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines or health products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Prescription medicines are non-returnable unless dispatched in error or delivered damaged

12. Medical Advice Disclaimer

Medicine Store is an online pharmacy. We are not a medical practice, diagnostic service, or telemedicine platform.

Nothing on this Website, including product descriptions, blog content, category pages, or any communication from our team, should be taken as professional medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.

Always consult a licensed doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medicine. Medicine Store is not liable for any health outcome resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased through the Website.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Medicine Store, including the logo, product images, written content, and design, is the property of Medicine Store or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. User Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on Medicine Store:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Medicine Store shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or any purchased product.
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control courier issues, natural disasters, public holidays, or government restrictions.
  • Any health outcome resulting from use of a product in a manner inconsistent with a doctor’s instructions or the product’s approved labelling.
  • Loss of data, account access, or services resulting from technical failures.

Medicine Store’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the Medicine Store or any order placed with us is subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
