Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to health and safety reasons, opened or used medicines cannot be returned.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Damaged/expired product received
- Order canceled before dispatch
- Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
- Proof Required: Customers must provide order ID, invoice, and photos (if applicable).
